  • Why choose TKT Playtime Entertainment?

    TKT Playtime is a family owned and operated inflatable business. We treat each event
    as if they are our very own. We strive to provide the best customer service and superb
    experience every time. TKT Playtime is also BBB accredited which lets our customers
    know just how much they mean to us.

  • Does price include delivery, set-up, and breakdown?

    There is a separate delivery fee that will apply. Delivery fee will vary depending on
    location and size the of event. Although we try to keep our prices as reasonable as
    possible please remember that it takes time and labor to ensure a proper delivery.

  • Can equipment be moved after set-up?

    No, once location and position has be chosen customer may not move equipment. Not
    only is this a safety hazard but this will compromise security of the equipment.

  • What is the standard rental time?

    TKT Playtime Entertainment typically blocks off 4 hours for rental. Event start time and
    end time is requested at time of reservation for this reason. If needed for less or more
    than 4 hours please be sure to provide this information at the time of reservation.

  • Can rental times be extended after delivery?

    Depending on delivery schedule for that day times may or may not be available for
    extension. If able to extend there will be an additional fee that must be paid prior to
    original pick up time.

  • Once reserved what time will equipment be setup on event day?

    Most deliveries are setup between 15 to 20 minutes prior to event time depending on
    amount of equipment being set-up. In most cases if set-up time requires an earlier than
    30 minute arrival a call will be placed to inform customer.

  • What method of payments does TKT Playtime Entertainment accept?

    Cash, money order and any major credit card. TKT Playtime Entertainment DOES NOT
    accept personal checks under any circumstance.

  • Does TKT Playtime Entertainment require a deposit?

    A non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservations and will be applied towards
    balance.

  • When is the balance due?

    Balance is due in full at time of delivery, no exceptions!

  • What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

    Although deposit is non-refundable it can be applied to another date within 1 year of the original delivery date. Please keep in mind that when rescheduling your new delivery date and times can not conflict with any other clients date and time. If paid in full and need to reschedule and unsure of new date and time all monies will be refunded
    excluding deposit.

  • Are we responsible for any equipment damaged during rental?

    Yes… any damage incurred outside of normal wear and tear the client will be
    responsible for the cost of the equipment. We ask all customers treat equipment like it is
    their own and follow instructions given at time of delivery.

  • Can we pick up equipment?

    No, TKT Playtime Entertainment specializes in the delivery, set-up, and breakdown of
    our equipment.

  • Can we keep equipment overnight?

    Equipment may not be kept overnight unless prior arrangements have been made with
    a TKT Playtime employee and approved by owner. Please be aware that additional cost
    may be incurred for keeping overnight.
